中國廠商 GooPhone 可能反以外觀專利告上蘋果？

大陸廠商推出外觀高仿的智慧手機已經見怪不怪，而在 iPhone 4 時代，這家 GooPhone 就已經聲稱拿到跟正版的組件，利用 Android 平台推出一款與正版 iPhone 相當累似的產品。這次 GooPhone 再出招，不僅是推出外觀相似的產品 GooPhone i5 ，還聲稱取得外觀的專利權能夠阻止 iPhone 在中國上市。這到底是噱頭還是 GooPhone 真的那麼胸有成竹？
GooPhone i5 使用 Tegra 3 應用處理器，搭配 1G RAM 以及 4 吋 1280 x 720 解析度的螢幕。
