推翻裁決．Samsung 無故意模仿 Apple 產品設計
美國加州聖荷西陪審團於去年 8 月裁定，Samsung 侵犯了 Apple 六項專利和模仿 Apple 的產品設計，因此 Samsung 需判賠 10 億 5000 萬美元給 Apple，近日負責審理此案的法官 Lucy Koh 就推翻先前陪審團的裁決結果。
法官 Lucy Koh 認為 Samsung 的產品並非刻意模仿 Apple 的設計，並取消 Apple 要求增加對 Samsung 加重罰款金額的要求。另外早前 Samsung 說服美國國際貿易委員會 (ITC) 裁定 Samsung 手機侵犯 Apple 專利一事進行複審 (當時法官裁定 Samsung 侵害了 Apple 的 4 項專利)。
