  [ubuntu] Citrix client k/b shortcut to exit full screen
  
  I've google'd high and low and cannot find the k/b shortcut to exit a citrix session running in full screen. I know for rdesktop (rdp) it is ctrl-alt enter and if u use Citrix in Winblows it is shift-f2. Any help would be much appreciated.
