No. I'm running IE9 Beta on Win7 & Vista both 32-bit. The problem is Microsofts. They have Menu bar NOT to stay on. While View has a check mark to keep it on. That is a conflict that Microsoft created. Someone offered a download to "fix" the registry....看更多
