Hi Mel, It is a Lenovo Thinkpad T520 running Lenovo Power Manager v3.64. They battery gauge in the Windows 7 taskbar is greyed out and generates that area but i'm able to open up Power Manager without an issue. I'll try locating a newer version from Lenov...看更多
